I have this problem on my CW2 sunroof:eek:o_O Purchased a used one and it had worse rust which was a complete fail. Tried to clean up the rust but struggling to refit the rubber seal around the glass. The corners are a real pain to get back in. Any tips would be much appreciated.

I have the KAMEI and really like it. Great for family camping trips. Had a Thule which was also good but became too small.
