All honda are willing to replace is the ball joint! Not happy at all, no word about the rest of the damage. Am going to see citizens advice and see what they say.

I've seen the ball part come away before but never seen one snap like this. Ye am hoping that honda will honour this as well. Could have been alot worse if the missis hadn't been able to keep the car under control.

Check ur pads or shoes sounds like they may be worn out or getting close to it. Make surethere there ain't anything seized.

Can anyone tell me how to disconnect the wiring from the abs pump please?

Ye might check tomorrow but I no there's somthing up with the rear left had it on diagnostic 4 times now.

No didn't check the fronts just both the rears and both were about the same.

Fahad yes it is second hand sensor. Thats why I want to get the wiring plug of the abs pump so I can link the two wires going to the left rear and test them before I go ahead and get another sensor. I've got the bumper and head light of the car to make it easier to access but cant seem to pull...

You had a look on ebay? Not sure about removal but would think there's a couple of screws or small bolts holding them in.

Was serviced in February, ordered a completed set of filters from hh last just waiting for them to arrive. Brakes are all good, just been out checking them. Na driving pattern hasn't changed ether. Would a faulty lambda sensor in the exhaust cause fuel consumption to go up?

Not sure how much it's gone up but even when I had the sticky caliper fuel consumption didnt go up this much i would take a ruff guess and say its halfed. I check my tyre pressure regular and all ok.

Agree stick with the genuine Honda wipers I had bosch wipers last year and they wouldn't clear the windscreen properly got the genuine ones on now and what a difference! !
