Thanks for the feedback guys, that was all useful info. I am not too worried about doing a remap, but feel more confident now about using an independent. Just got quoted around 400 for just a clutch replacement or 900 if a dmf was needed aswell so I may well go for that. Sure beats the 850/1500...
