From memory I think the CL7 handling is equally as good, but the ride is a bit more compliant. Then again lots of options on suspension front if you want to improve the handling further.

If you're happy to, I would get the plugs out and have a look at them. You can find out a bit about the engine from seeing the condition of the plugs.

Looked into aftermarket headlights in my 4th Gen Prelude days. As said, they drive on other side of the road. So the beam pattern is wrong. Instead of lighting up to the left of the road, it will be lighting up to the right and blinding oncoming traffic.
