I have had the auto now for 26 months and 47k on the clock, everything still works, happy with autobox but can only compare it with the jerky S tronic in my
previous A3.I will be keeping the Accord for another 18 months at least before changing.
The speakers are playing up again and i...
Hi mate,i had my rear pads replaced at 32k and fronts at 36k pads took an hour to do as i remember.
You need rear tyres replacing what is your mileage, mine are fine at 41k.
Yup proper spare will not fit in the 8th gen well, one of the negatives with it,i bought the space saver wheel as the foam is just a bad idea.
Space saver wheel from Honda is about £155,not needed mine so far thankfully.
I have a steady 39k on the clock ,it will probably take me another three years before i get there but i'm in no rush, just wondered if anyone on here has hit that
mark yet in their 8th gen.
Des its awful when this happens a few years ago my old car was parked up on an industrial estate,a wagon reversing out of a yard put its trailer right through my
tailgate it was repaired by the haulage companies own repairer who did a great job,but it is the stress and time sorting it that...
I don't know but it would be useful if you could, bluetooth is a great work tool apart from when she cannot understand the number i am saying, makes me laugh when
she reads a made up number back to me, could be my Yorkshire accent :P
I normally get between 500/600miles from a tank however i drive and as such tend not to worry about averages yours will probably improve if its low mileage.
James thanks for that mate good to know, i will have a look at the Celtic site, i imagine it must be like getting in a sports car with the power increase,i will consider having this done
when my warranty expires.
Does the remap come with any kind of guarantee if things go wrong ?
James like yourself i have the IDTEC auto and would consider getting a remap done in the future,it looks like a big increase in power for the engine,is there any long term risks with doing this
and how much does it cost to get it done ? no experience with this kind of thing so bow to your...
The ride is a little harsh on bad roads, i find it rides better with weight in the boot and the recommended tyre pressure, failing that move to Norfolk we just got back from a week there nice
people,nice roads.
Hi Saj ,so we are both Honda first timers then, totally agree with you on the exclusivity this car will age well and is very good value for money pitted against
the competition,i have been complimented on the Accord a few times which is always nice :)
This is a great car, my first Honda and for 18 months its being a pleasure to own,i intend to keep it for five years in total but who knows ,if nothing serious
occurs engine or family wise then i can see me keeping it for longer,i have not kept a car for more than four years before but my...
Looks nice Dan ,though i think i'll pass on the choccy shake
I would have to walk a long way before i found a Pret Des ,besides i'm a northener i won't pay those prices ;)
