    fluid level max, knackered master cylinder? i dont think so beacuse before i removed caliper everything worked just fine.

    Thanks Andy, one more question :) front and rear calipers was rebuild and mounted back on the car. Brake fluid was replaced with new and air removed from the system hoses. Now when i start the car the brake pedal is soft (sinking)??? maybe still air in the system, some tip how to remove it...
