Just had an mot and my car passed again with 2 new tyres. I had a few advisorys one of them was rear brakes fluctuating but not excessively. Any ideas what that means and why it might be doing this? Sounds like normal abs to me.

I've finally managed to get my old compliance bushes out I marked the control arm to line the arrows up but I've just noticed the new bushes are different on each side of the rubber. One side has a little round tab with a white mark can anyone please tell me if this goes in towards the car or...

I going to treat myself to some new axle stands. What does everyone think of the ratchet one's? I've never had that sort and I'm not sure they look 100%safe without a locking pin, although I like the ratchet features I've seen the Halford ones and sealey could anyone recommend some. Thanks.
