Hey, yeah i have and it was pretty tricky! I found it really hard to get the grills off but then it was a case if cutting the old plug off and crimping on the wires to the new tweeters. Not many people seem to do them because there aren't any harnesses around so you might get some buyers! :)

Does anyone know where to find a plug adapter for the mk7? i bought new tweeters but cant find a harness anywhere to connect them :'(
