front fog lights

Hi everyone. Hope you are good, guys. I still can't find the fog lights. I didn't think it would be so difficult. Maybe someone has these headlights or knows where to find it? I will be very grateful for any help. :)

The front fog lights on my car would not turn off. I pulled fuse no1 and they obviously went off. I have taken my car to ma local garage who say the front fog light relay is in its own ecb and needs replacing at over £300-00 in parts alone. Without a workshop manual for this car I cannot check...
