straight swap?

Hi so for the second time I've got the DVD disk read error :( I'm going to take the drive out and clean the lens again tomorrow but the sat nav is pretty pants compared to smart phone ones so I'm thinking of just getting a standard 6 cd changer off ebay and swapping the sat nav out. Is it a...
