timing chain parts change

Hi everyone! So my EX 2.2 TCDI 07 is rattling at 152K miles and im thinking its the timing chain... Anyway, i may attempt to change this on my own as I know it will cost close to the value of the car to get done at a garage Ive found multiple timing chain kits off ebay, but I have no scope...
