51 plate Type V parking sensor failed.

Hello all,

My reversing sensor has stopped working on my 51 plate Type V.

I've searched for the fuse for it, or the control box and cannot seem to locate them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I just want to check the fuse, but it seems that it is not on any of the fuseboards (hence the search for the control box as well).

I would start by checking that your reverse light works. Normally sensors kits are wired into the reverse light. Is this a genuine kit or something that was fitted as an after market kit?

Thanks for the suggestion. It was the first thing I checked (it does still work). There is a connection from the reverse wire to "something", but the wire goes into the trim of the car so without removing most of the boot liner, it's tricky to work out where it is going.
