Accord 2.2 i-ctdi boost solenoid and EGR solenoid correct Voltage

Hi would anyone know the correct Voltage of the boost solenoid and EGR solenoid and when car is running both seam to only be get 10.8 volts don't know if this is right but thought it should be over 12 volts myself thanks
