Accord CL7 Sat nav units differences

I just want to know what is the differences of 39050-SEA-E830-M1 and 39050-SEF-E830-M1 satnav units?
Does anyone have a complete kit of satnav for accord cl7 2006 20i?
Also where can i find a non sat nav to sat nav wire harness?
