Advice on wheel size

Hello guys,

I found a set of extremely beautiful wheels brand new for a great price (last set available and discounted).

The problem is the size of 18x8 +38. Do you think they would fit or it's too risky? I am also planning a 1" (not more, because our roads are not good enough) drop on Tein ComfortSport coils. What do you think?

Im running +40 and the fronts are close to the arch. I know +38 has been done and you may get away with it but you may end up rolling the arches on a big drop. I am lowered 40mm on 18x8 ET40 and there are no rubbing issues.
