Alternator fault

I think my alternator is on its way out ,started with bulbs blowing after days now i have high pitched noise coming through speakers .
can you repair these alternators what part do i need or is a replacement needed?

ive read on here that honda now do a revised belt so i would fit this as well ,

any advice welcome guys

Connect up a voltmeter and see if there is actually a voltage regulation problem... lamps blowing in batches isn't unusual.

Multimeter broke going to get another one during the week , the noise is not there unless the heating fans are on then it increases with engine revs.
used to be able to get rid of the noise by turning ac off now that does not make a doffrence only with heating off does the noise go away
