Is there a chance that 225/45/18's could mess up my VSA on my 2.4 Auto that is used to 225/45/17's?

I doubt that would be an issue but 225/45/18 tend to be more expensive and less easy to get hold of than 225/40/18. If you want to keep near the stock rolling radius you want to use 225/40/18. However a few members have used 45 profile and found that with satnav speed check the speed actually reads 99% accurate.
