Bread Crumbs on Honda Sat Nav

How do I re-set my 'Bread Crumbs' on my Sat Nav as I have now updated my maps and some of the roads are now obliterated by these crumbs?

Have you tried toggling off-road tracking to off and back on again? When on the map, press Menu, push the centre wheel to the right twice to get to Settings Screen 2, scroll down to Vehicle and it's in there.
