Car doesn't respond to key fob signal

I recently bought a 2010 accord lx..
Got the key fob tested that works...
But the car won't respond to signal command sent, by the key fob remote..

Car starts with the key but won't open or close doors with the remote.

Which year of manufacture ?

Can you take/post picture of the keyfob ?
