Changing Gear very Notchy ?

i have noticed when changing gear my gear linkage is very ntchy and ideas ???

Have had something similar... changing the clutch fluid helped dramatically.

I've noticed this on mine over the last year, it was due a gearbox oil replace, but never got round to it before I traded in. If the clutch fluid doesn't help, I'd replace the GB oil.
Word on the street is Honda MTF3 is one of the best...
