CL7 Euro R - Premium Sound Touchscreen swap for UK one

Hi, I have recently purchased a CL7 2004 Euro R. It comes with the Premium Sound System Sat Nav with reverse camera.

I am going to replace the stereo side of things for a Pioneer Double din in the lower cubicle. This means all I am bothered about up top is climate control and the top display (clock/temp). Can I swap out a UK dual climate control unit for that?

It comes with the additional Minidisc and DVD players which I will be replacing with an Pioneer SPH-DA230DAB. Just would rather get a UK top part, if possible just the normal one as I like knobs for air con control
