Clutch change help

Can anyone tell me if I can change just the clutch plates or do I need to change the complete clutch

are you referring to the DMF (Dual mass flywheel). Need to know what car it is as the petrol flywheel is less prone to wear and failure.

I have changed the clutch at 45k, it was a problem with the piston from the clutch

Changed the whole clutch.. accord 2.2 2007
