Just to add to this post from Alan the lube you need is called molykote 55 grease its very hard to get hold of. Here is a link from the old site what i found it was £12 a tube plus vat.

I've just used some Castrol Red Brake rebuild grease on mine (from Ebay) and it seems to have worked a treat. HTH.
