clutch problem

when changing gear there seems no feeling to the clutch,
when i take foot off the clutch it bits straight away . this happens half way up the peddle.

What mileage is on this? It's either your clutch hydraulics or pressure plate.

Pray for the hydraulics.

its done 68k .full honda service history . the car judders also when i release the clutch in reverse.
what would it be if it was hydralics

Sounds like the friction plate spring is gone or its warped. Could also be the DMF.

Do you have difficulty selecting gears at all? Is there any crunching?

no crunching but sometimes u need to be a bit firmer than normal.
