Does anyone know if the Covic/del-sol/crx/integra slip-on coilover / adjustable spring platform kit is the same diameter as the Accord ones?

Different I'm afraid. The cars above all use the same HMJ-6558 platform, which is basically a Civic EJ floorpan.
The 6th gen Accord uses a HMUK-9011 platform, which is loosely based o the 5th gen albeit it with drastic changes. The only other vehicle that shares the platform is the Honda Stream, but that only uses the middle section while the front and rear suspension/drivetrain areas underwent drastic changes.

It's only the damper bodies that would need to be the same diameter. Such a shame honda had to mess about with interchangeability.
I'm still waiting then for the bloke to get the coilover sleeves in stock then ;-(
