Creaking rear doors

I have a small issue, when I open the rear doors they creak nicely. I think its the bit in the middle where the rubber is thats making the noise. I tried a drop of oil, but that didn't help. Is this a common problem and what should I use to stop the noise?

Try silicone lube. Maybe it helps.
