Hey everyone,
Ive got a japanese import CW2 wagon and am in the process of putting an android auto unit in it to replace the factory sat nav that thinks im spinning around in the ocean in Osaka.
Wiring has been tricky as I believe the loom they sent was for the non JDM car. Ive found wiring diagrams for these but the wire colours don't seem to match up (plugs look similar however)
Ive gotten the new unit working, climate control still operational on the small thin display, and the steering wheel controls work. But no sound!
Im just going to try keeping the original unit in (so the amp boots up) and bridging the new outputs to the factory preamp lines.
Before I dig in even further, Does anyone have a wiring diagram or pinout for the japanese spec audio unit?
Help is greatly appreciated.
