Drivers door skin removal

Guys,

Does anyone know how to remove the drivers side door skin without damage? Im looking at fitting one of those civic auto mirror devices like i have on my wife's civic and want to compare the wiring to see if its similar as the switch is.

Any ideas where to start pulling or unscrewing?

he has 8th gen, but I think it would be very similar tho
