drivers seat

hi folks

got a fault with my drivers seat ... gen 7 .. full leather .. heated and electric...

problem is it wont recline... it will go forwards and back but has stopped reclining ??

anyone else had this problem and what is the best way to fix

Push back hard while pressing back recline button, you can hear the motor whizzing then it's popped out. Mine wouldn't slide because the motor popped out.
