Font fot lights - LHD vs RHD

I have been looking for a set o fog lights to install on my 6th gen Accord, and I have found them on ebay.co.uk

Now, the question, do anyone knows if there is any difference between LHD and RHD front fog lamps, since I am from Portugal?
