OK Guys
I know I have touched on this before in another thread but at the weekend I decided the time had come to replace the two front wheel bearings and as far as I can see, pushing them out and in seems straight forward with the kit I purchased.
If you have done this job then you probably know that to do that you first have to remove the wheel hub from the inner face of the wheel bearing to get at the circlip securing the actual bearing before removal.
Since I can see no way of pushing the wheel hub out by mechanical means, I tried very hard to knock it out with a drift of appropriate size and club hammer.
It just didn't move. Am I just not hitting it hard enough or what?
Apart from going somewhere and getting it pressed out (which isn't an option for me) what do other people do??
Any help appreciated.
