Fuel Heater Malfunction

I have got a glow plus light flashing with the following code and suggestions. Any idea were the relay for this is? Checked all fuses and seem OK. What no is the fuse below?. Wiring all looks OK. Any ideas before replacing the unit.

183-02 (P1031)
FUEL HEATER CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE FAILURE

• Fuel Heater Relay (Contact stuck ON)
• Fuel Heater High-side harness (Short to power or open)
• Fuel Heater Low-side harness (Open or short to ground)
• Power Distribution Detection harness (Short to power or open)
• Power Distribution Detection unit fuse blown

Hi James, you'll probably get more responses if you could spend a couple of minutes introducing yourself in the 'newbies' section... we like to think of ourselves as a community of like-minded and friendly Accord owners and not simply an internet helpdesk.

I'd first check the heater with an ohmmeter/multimeter to make sure that it hasn't simply burnt out. If OK, then I think it'll be the relay at fault... again, if you have an ohmmeter, fairly easy to check the relay before splashing out on a new one. Or, if you're lucky, find another relay on your car with the same part number and swap then over to see if the problem goes elsewhere.
