Bit of help needed if anyone can. When I got the car the person before me has put an rs gear knob and pedals in. Wouldnt be my personal choice but they look ok. Over the recent hot weather the gear knob has started to come loose so ive had a closer look to try and tighten it up. The top is held on by 3 small alan screws which should tighten up a rubber sleeve inside the knob but they simply dont. They are rounded off and dont seem to reach the rod. Whoever had it before has decided to fill the knob with glue and hold it on that way....brilliant... I have managed to get rid of the glue, but the knob, although held in place on the rod simply just spins around. I need a new one and have been looking on various sites but not ever having the original Im not sure if its simply swap old for new or if im missing any parts. Anybody any ideas please.. a spinning gear knob is very annoying lol
