Hands Free Phone starts when I insert key

I have an ES-GT with the Satnav, etc and the bluetooth phone system

Not used it for a few days and now everytime I insert the key it goes to TEL rather than FM Radio or AUX and I can only get out of it by issuing TRANSFER via the voice commands. (neither of the phone buttons exit the phone)

A real pain in the tonsils, does anyone know how to get out of thus

Strange one that. Maybe try a reset on the HFT system, (hands free telephone). There is a voice command, something like 'system reset'. Then re-pair your mobile.

Good shout. After doing that the problem stopped.

However ... after pairing my phone it started again! (this points the finger at the phone to me)

Tried by daughters iphone after a CLEAR and it DIDN'T do this!

So, some setting has changed on my ****** phone (Blackberry Torch 9810)

BTW, pressing and holding the EXIT button for HFT seems to run a selftest and reset it at the end, and soon after my paired phone made TEL occur. As I say, some dodgy phone setting is the reason.

Switch the Blue tooth option on your phone to off?
