Honda Accord Vs Accura TSX

Accord CU1 JHMCU..
Greetings once again .
I was wondering what are the differences, if there are any, between the European edition Accord CU1 2.0L and the USA edition Acura TSX CU2 with the 2.4L .
Besides some mm on length/height etc :D
I was interested to change my suspension/coilovers, strut brace (top and bottom),upgrade brake system,replace a few somehow damaged parts from drivers door like mirror and window trims , but i cant find anything relative to my edition on ebay *sadface*.
Only parts that look similar (on my eye only) are the ones from the accura TSX.
That is why i am asking as well in here in case any person can enlighten me to : they fit or they dont fit / to buy or not to buy
Any help would be apriciated .

There are 8th gen Accord parts on Ebay, just not loads of them. Search for e.g. 'honda accord 2009'.
It is the same car as the TSX, some parts will be similar, but not approved for EU use e.g. lights.
There are also quite a few crashed 8th gens being broken for parts on Ebay.
By the time you pay post from the USA might not be cheap.
 
Thank you richsprint for the info but i am afraid i am not covered 100% cause i am not interested to replace parts for stock/oem ones.
Only thing i care for oem ones are the door pieces/mirror and thank you once again for that tip.
Anyone else as for the supension/coilover-brake discs-strut braces ?

Lee has an 8th gen Tourer and has changed his suspension. His user name on here is 'impne'

Moderator Brett has also changed some of his suspension, rear camber arms I think.
