How to clean Airbag residue off windscreen?

I'm needing advise on how to clean Airbag residue from when an Airbag has been off and left alot of the white talcum powder stuff stained onto the windscreen!

I've already tried hot soapy water and white spirit with no joy.

try using thinner

Failing thinner, WD-40 might work. After that use Windolene to remove smears.

I ended up using Tar remover and a stainless steel blade which did the trick. Then used Windolene to clean it up. Jobs a good en. Thanks for your help.
