Leak from where hose from top of radiator goes in to coolant reservoir

Had a smell of coolant the other day after parking my car up . on inspection I noticed coolant has been leaking from the top of the radiator where the coolant hose comes out of the radiator and into the coolant reservoir tank , looks like someone has broken the plastic outlet tube at some time and they have bonded it together , looks like im going to have to do this again , what would be best to bond it , I was thinking when its bonded put some JC Plastic weld around it and when its dried push the coolant hose back on it

I would think this would be a new radiator, I heard that hose outlet from the rad is very fragile.
You could bond it I guess but I wont imagine it will last very long.
