Licence plate lights + rear wiper on Tourer -03 not working

Hello, rear wiper stopped working about a week ago and then i noticed the number plate lights does not work either. All other rear lights seem to work (havent had a chance to check the rear window heater yet)
Any idead what can cause this ? Could not find a blown fuse.

Have you axtually tried changing the lamps? The rear wiper motor (or wiring) might be faulty and the lights not working could just be a coincidence?

I have exactly the same issue. But my car was hit on the parking lot (rear bumper & tailgate). I plan to check the cables.

one of my number plates bulbs isn't working, do I need to remove something from inside or it's an easy fix?

Should be able to access it from the outside. You may need to remove a trim piece though

what does it say in the owners manual ?
(my car is the Tourer, so no use here, ***uming OP has a saloon)
