What would be the easiest way to get MP3 without changing the standard Bose headunit?

Can the changer be changed with an Alpine mp3 changer as i think they take the same mbus changer lead?

Would prefer not to use an FM transmitter as in the past i have tried a few and the quality has been poor.

:( :(
a lot of us using these things
http://www.xcarlink.co.uk/
they are easy to conect and quality of sound is really good

Where do you connect it?

I have the standard Bose system with no CD multichanger - is there a connection on the back of the head unit for a changer or xcarlink style kit?

There should be a connection for the cd changer on the back of the headunit.
You can also buy an adaptor which allows you to use some Alpine cd changers to the Bose unit.

Can't help with the Xcarlink as i decided against it due to the cost.

I find a cheap tape adapter (the likes of Maplin does them) gives better sound quality than FM transmitters (Griffin itrip).
