N/S Engine Mount - replacing ?

I noticed in my check of the -ve battery terminal points last week that the nearside engine mount did not have much rubber left in it, and may explaiin the odd knocking noises from under the bonnet.

While I was able to fix/replace the drivers side a couple of years ago without much difficulty, this looks to be somewhat more complicated to get to.

So, is it an item that can be replaced with basic tools ?

bushings come in all shapes and sizes, but finding the right one might be tricky

can confirm polyurethane sealant works, have used betaseal and sikatack elite - the latter definitely cures faster and has a bit more give when cured. always use an activator for best results

Without knowng where to start looking (Ebay / Amazon threw up no results for the Tourer, but plenty for VW/Fords) I'm going down the DIY route.

Finding a spare day, possibly two to park the car up.
