I can get a trasnponder key for £60 or a remote key for £100.

What are you needing? I got a blank key off him, a local place cut it for me and the Honda dealer programmed it.
I only had to supply him my VIN, maybe contact him and ask what he needs from you?

Depends on cost, I don't care for my spare to be a trasnsponder key only but if I could get a full remote for less than £100 I'd probably go for that.

What did that set you back in total?

This was several years ago, I think the cutting was €10 the programming was €20 and the key was €30-40 IIRC. The whole lot wasn't £100
