Right so just got the timing chain done in the accord at a final fitted price of 1000 euro and now ive had to replace my DMF,i bought a DMF when i had a look at the CG 8 paddle clutch (8K miles on it) it was badly damaged and uneven wear on it, might have been from when the DMF failed or something ? i have a stage 2 map and was wondering would a stage 2 kevlar clutch be better and not be so wearing on the DMF as opposed to another 8 paddle clutch?

How much power are you running? Scoring likely caused through DMF failure.

THe best set up for the stage 2 map is the SMF and 8 paddle but be prepared to hear the engine noises that are no longer dampened by lack of DMF.

Around 190bhp is it possible to get the pads on the paddle clutch replaced?

It's the output torque that needs to be considered, not BHP (BHP is the product of revs and torque, but the clutch doesn't care how fast it's spinning). For reference, the 2.2 i-CTDi is rated by Honda at 251lb.ft, although it is usual for it to actually produce around 10% more than this when dyno'd. Remaps can easily push this figure to well over 300lb.ft, where it becomes uncertain if the standard Honda clutch will manage, especially if it isn't the latest '325' model (2010 onwards)... you might be lucky, or you might not.
