no names come up on imported phone book

How can I get names to come up when someone calls me on the phone? It brings up the number but not the name of the called, even thought is in the imported phone book, and can be found when i want to call out.

Try storing your phone book onto both the SIM and the phone. Also make sure that the names and/or numbers haven't been corrupted or somehow modified so as to have become unrecognisable.

That would be a real pain if not. Currently need to look at my phone each time a call comes in which is a bit backward. Ho hum. Thank you.
