Parking Sensor Removal

OK - I've spent an hour searching old posts and DIY and if I missed it I'm sorry, but can someone tell me how to remove the parking sensors from a 7th Gen Tourer?
Do they push in or out? - I'm ***uming it's a Bumper off job on the tourer? I've a constant beep in reverse, but they all look corroded, so I'm hoping to strip them off and change the whole lot. £100 for all the sensors, colour coded on ebay, ***uming I can get a part number off them.

I took the rear bumper off my Tourer a couple of years ago, and if I remember correctly, you'd have to remove the bumper to get to the wiring. Also IIRC, the bumper was easy to remove and refit.
