Parts interchangeable

So Im after getting a 2003 cdti sport. I only wanted the wheels but he said I'd to take the whole car if I wanted them. Anyway I'm just wondering would any parts off it fit my 2006 2.0 type s? Mainly suspension, calipers or even exhaust. Will be lowering my car anyway and I need new brakes so could save myself a fortune if I can just grab parts off the diesel. Interior is identical to mine as far as I can see just cleaner so I'll be taking that.

The answer would be .. lots? They are both part of the same series Accord.

Honda has the annoying habit of giving identical parts different part numbers when they apply to different models. Driving a UK model in Australia, this is the bane of my life. I have to measure everything and still I get things wrong sometimes.

The exhaust system on the Diesel is different though.
