Piston rubber split on front calliper Accord Ctdi

Had a bit of a judder and brake sticking on my N/S/F brake , took apart and noticed the boot rubber split around the piston , cleaned around piston with brake cleaner and greased the piston up and worked it back and too and its been fine since

Im going to buy a new rubber boot , can I fit this without having to take the piston out of the caliper

If it's anything like the rear caliper, I don't fancy your chances!
