Can I use those Honda HDS HIM Chinese diag tool to program a VIN to a refurbished ECU ?
The context is that I bought a 2007 2.4 Accord with TSX Ecu and I need to swap it with an OEM to pass the MOT.
But the ECU I found on Ebay has no vin so my car doens't start even If I have the matching keys.
