They need to be removed and lubed every couple of hours otherwise they break up as they cannot handle heat.

Not particularly practical for a road car.

the market will always keep back stuff that will affect their business, tyre companies will go bust if new technology is out on road as will petrol stations if proper electric cars are released the technology is out there but not being released as people want to make money.
