Rattling/whistling noise coming from fork on gearbox

Iv been investigating the engine bay and noticed theres a noise coming from the gearbox,like a whistling/rattly kind,but today i realised that it stops as soon as i place my finger on the fork itself,just the slightest of pressure on it stops the noise,had anyone experienced this issue or know how or what it can be? Any help/advice would be appreciated

Sounds like a bushing or maybe the fork is loose. How is it attached to the gearbox?

The fork itself comes out the gearbox and on the outside is attached to the clutch cylinder,so cant really see or make out how its attached to the gearbox on the inside

Check if clutch slave cylinder is not loose ?
