Rear Fog Light not working - any help appreciated please

Hi I have a 2003 Accord 2.0 SE and the mots due tomorrow, checked all lights and all working apart from rear fog light, there is a bulb in there and its all ok i.e as new - changed the bulb and it still dont work. Checked fuses in interior and engine bay all ok - not sure what to check next. Front fogs work ok, lights in dash come up to say rear fogs are on but the bulb dont light up - any suggestins please?

1st thing to check is if you have 12v there with a meter if you have one or can borro one.
You might just have a bad connection in the lamp housing or connector
